I wouldn't say that I had vivid dreams last night, but I did remember them and I usually don't so lets hope we are on the right track..
Again not able to fall asleep till the wee hours in the morning.. My head does seem to be a bit clearer than usually does, lets hope its starting to file away info so its easier to find when its needed.
